Shonna travels internationally with her life partner John William Bauld sharing the teachings of yoga, movement, and the divine practice of bhakti (the yoga of loving devotion) through kirtan, and live music performances.
She was introduced to the teachings of yoga while earning her University degree in Kinesiology & Health Sciences. Therafter, her inquiry of yoga led her to the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health where she completed a teacher training program. Her commitment to the practice propelled her to study Yoga and Vedanta philosophy at The International Sivananda Yoga & Vedanta Centre where she achieved the designation of Yoga Acharya (Master of Yoga).
In addition to her expertise in Yoga, Shonna is a highly skilled Registered Kinesiologist, Exercise Physiologist, Fitness Trainer, and Pilates Teacher. She brings 18 years of experience and dedication as a health and wellness professional.
Drawing from the classical teachings of yoga along with her vast knowledge of exercise and health sciences, she ensures her students heal, transform, and evolve to experience the true bliss that we all are.
