To establish a foundation in the Pilates technique, a one‑on‑one introductory session followed by five private sessions is recommended. This allows Shonna to tailor a program to suit your needs. Following your introduction to the Pilates method you may continue with privates sessions for more individualized attention, or participate in semi-private or small group sessions of three to six people.
